So how does it work in the sessions?
Think of it like training — but for your breathing.
We follow the principle of progressive overload, just like you would in a strength program. As your BOLT score improves, the way you train your breath progresses too.
What we do is simple — and that’s the point. No fluff, no overwhelm. The focus is helping you breathe better so you can live better. Every session is based on your current ability, and we build from there.
Some sessions will feel relaxing, others might feel like a light workout — but everything is consistent, structured, and easy to follow.
What happens outside of the sessions?
Each week, you’ll get homework specific to your BOLT score — usually a short daily breathing routine to reinforce what we cover in the studio.
You’ll also be given a journal to track your progress in key areas like sleep, stress, focus, and performance — so you can see how it’s all working and where improvements are showing up.
It’s not about being perfect — it’s about being consistent.
What if I miss a session?
I get it — life happens.
If you miss a session, I’ll put together a written version of that day’s work so you can complete it at home and stay on track.
Because this is a cohort-based program, I can’t guarantee a make-up session (it depends on the gaps between cohorts), but I’ll always do my best to support you and keep you moving forward.
Is this the same as yoga or meditation?
Not at all.
This isn’t about stretching, chanting, or zoning out. It’s about retraining your breathing patterns so your body runs more efficiently — mentally, physically, and emotionally.
We use science-backed techniques from the Oxygen Advantage® method to improve oxygen delivery, reset your nervous system, and help you build resilience — not just relaxation.
Do I need to be fit?
Not at all.
If you can sit, stand, and breathe — you can do this. Everything is scaled to your current level.
This program supports your physical wellbeing without pushing you beyond your limits. It’s designed to make life easier, not harder.
Can I do this if I’m already working with a PT or therapist?
Absolutely — in fact, this complements other coaching and therapy beautifully.
Functional breathing improves your recovery, helps you stay calmer, and boosts your overall emotional control. It fills in the missing piece for many people already doing personal work elsewhere.
Yes, I plan to add more time slots in future.
For now, all sessions run at lunchtime (12–1PM) on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If that time doesn’t work for you at the moment, just let me know — I can keep you on the list when new groups open.
Not yet — this is something I want to keep in-person for the time being.
