Is this an online challenge?

Yes this is an online challenge but you can upgrade to small group workout classes if you are from the Swindon or if you are willing to travel to Swindon.

What are your session times and days?

If you choose to upgrade to training sessions, I only train clients in the mornings and here are my times:

> 06.00 - 06.30 am

> 06.45 - 07.15 am

>07.30 - 08.00 am


If I am out of shape can I still do the program?

Absolutely, this program works what ever shape or fitness level you are. I will help and support you to ensure you get the most from the program.

How does the guarantee work?

How many sessions can I attend per week?

What do I need to know before attending my first session?
